Luv Above All LLC was born from a passion for creating joy and transforming spaces with beautiful balloon arrangements. After years of crafting balloon garlands as an Activity Director and for friends and family, the encouragement to start a business became undeniable. With the unwavering support of my amazing husband, I took the leap and founded Luv Above All LLC. My ultimate goal is to spread love and joy, one balloon setup at a time.
